WSLCB Proposed new rules 16-30 – NOTICE OF RULEMAKING – The Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board would like your input on the attached proposed rules to revise the following rules:

WAC 314-55-075 What is a marijuana producer license and what are the requirements and fees related to a marijuana producer license?

WAC 314-55-079 What is a marijuana retailer license and what are the requirements and fees related to a marijuana retailer license?

WAC 314-55-410 Cooperatives.

This rulemaking is to implement HB 2520 (Concerning the sale of marijuana to regulated cooperatives) and HB 2521 (Allowing for proper disposal of marijuana by retailers) passed by the 2016 Legislature.

The Liquor & Cannabis Board encourages you to give input on this proposal.  Following the comment period the board will hold a public hearing before the rule is adopted.
