JON HOFER

As a second generation cannabis cultivator, Jon Hofer brings over 17 years of combined experience with cannabis cultivation, retail, dispensary operations and business development in the industry. Mr. Hofer has been a panelist or guest speaker at multiple seminars and educational events as a subject matter expert on topics from planning and technology to cannabis cultivation and designs. Mr. Hofer continues to be instrumental in the development and operations of small to midsize start-ups in Washington. Mr. Hofer represents a couple dozen companies who have successfully been licensed or are in the final stages of licensing.

CHAD STEWARD

DIRECTOR OF CULTIVATION

Chad Steward is a renowned Cannabis Cultivator and Breeder who enjoys partnering to help advance the best practices of cannabis cultivation and increase the industries success. After spending over a decade working in the medical cannabis market as a cultivator and breeder independently and for a local Pacific Northwest favorite brand. Chad truly knows how imperative it is to have successful harvests with high yields, the proper IPM processes, and how the design and the equipment choices can impact entire productions.
Chad has landed multiple awards over the last few years. In addition to his cultivating, Chad has an extensive back ground in designing and building cultivation facilities. Mr. Steward has designed over 20 cultivation facilities in the last five years here in Washington.

DIRECTOR OF IT

Via “keep it simple” and common sense, methodologies, Jeff Kemp leads organizations to high value results. Jeff has a successful background in Information Technology, manufacturing operations and small business ownership. His rich experiences feed his passion to strike the right balance when applying systems to meet regulatory, automation and business process needs. Jeff excels at strategy, process, and resource development. He thrives at breaking complex challenges into manageable pieces that build upon each other to result in lasting, configurable solutions. This skill enables Jeff to move organizations from no strategy or technological skill sets to an appropriate layer of technology matched to explicit business strategies, processes and resource plans.

JONATHAN LEE

OPERATIONS & SAFETY

Jonathan attended Gonzaga University earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. His studies focused on system optimization and technical design. Jonathan began his career in the cannabis industry at Phat Panda where he learned how to cultivate cannabis from a clone to a packaged product in a recreational setting. With his education and experience, he is currently developing safety and operating procedures that not only keep employees, consumers and the environment safe but also that is compliant with state and federal laws. He is also excellent in technical design where any idea can be tailored and implemented into reality. Jonathan strives to establish himself as someone who aids companies to improve and achieve their goals, while upholding a holistic and ethical standard.
