OLCC Bump-Up Canopy Repeal

OLCC Bump-Up Canopy Repeal – On July 28, 2017 the Oregon Liquor Control Commission took the following rulemaking actions:

Senate Bill 1057 recently passed during the 2017 legislative session which repealed Section 2 of SB 1511 and effectively rewrote the Bump-Up Canopy into a different concept. Staff is working this new concept into the Bill & Technical Package.

OLCC Commissioners temporarily amended OAR 845-025-1060 & repealed 845-025-2500, 845-025-2510, 845-025-2520, 845-025-2530, 845-025-2540, 845-025-2550 & 845-025-2560 effective August 1 – December 27, 2017 and initiated rulemaking. View all of the recent rule changes on the OLCC’s website.
