Marijuana Bills for Washington 2014

Below are some bills in regards to the implementation of this new emerging marijuana industry.

State Rep Wylie

HB 2638:  Addresses preemption of local authorities blocking or banning the implementation of marijuana businesses.

State Rep Condotta

HB 2144:  Establishes a dedicated local jurisdiction marijuana fund and the distribution of a specified percentage of marijuana excise tax revenues to local jurisdictions.

HB 2322:  Prohibits local governments from taking actions preventing or impeding the creation or operation of commercial marijuana businesses licensed by the liquor control board.
