i 502 Application Window – Heads Up: Applications Coming Soon

Today the Department of Revenue (DOR) sent out a press release detailing the application window timeline, which is included online at their website. DOR’s Business Licensing Service (BLS) will begin accepting applications online/by mail/in person starting at 8:00 a.m. on November 18 and then forward those applications to the Liquor Control Board (LCB). The LCB will process license applications from November 20 through 5:00 p.m. on December 19. If you have questions about the licensing process please visit the LCB’s Marijuana Licensing website.
